DESCRIPTION

Systematic are working with a recruitment company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant within their Engineering & Manufacturing teams. They have a fantastic database within Manufacturing in the UK & Europe and are seeking to hire an experienced Contract consultant. This is a BD focused position so you will need to demonstrate good Business development process, along with strong candidate management. There is constant internal training and support given regardless of level of consultant.  

ideal candidate

You should have at least 1 years recruitment expeirence in a contract based role and be able to demonstrate successes in previous positions. Ideally you will come from a manufacturing / Engineering background but they will look at consultants from any market. They have a diverse workforce and a fantastic environment in which to work in. Everybody is supportive of one and other, and often socialise as a team outside, and during working hours. 

Benefits

They offer an attractive salary of up to £35k DOE with a commission structure up to 30%, to attract the best contract consultants in town. 22 days holiday. Office hours are 8.30-5.30pm Mon-Thur with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
