DESCRIPTION

Systematic are working with a construction & civils recruitment company based in Watford who are looking for a white collar consultant to work within their perm team. They are after someone who can build a white collar 360 desk and utilise the already warm desk from day 1. They have 5 desks the are looking to fill; Commercial, Civils, Built Environment, Residential and Fit out They will look at perm or contract, ideally perm and you must have a strong BD ethic.

Ideal candidate

You should have at least 1-2 years recruitment experience with proof of billings, and be able to demonstrate sound processes. Ideally you will come from a construction background but they will look at any experienced consultants from any market, who can demonstrate the desire to work within construction.

They offer an attractive salary of up to £40K with a commission structure of up to 35%. Smart Casual dress with early finish on a Friday, and flexible office hours where needed.
