DESCRIPTION

Systematic are working with an IT recruitment company based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work a dual desk within their IT team. The business is based right buy the train station so access to the office is extremely easy. Consultants that work here tend to have been there a while – no one really leaves due to the fantastic working environment. They don’t hammer you on KPIs, there isn’t any micromanagement, making this a perfect opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter who just wants to focus on their billings and be left too it, knowing they have the guidance and know how of some of the best IT recruiters in the City as and when they need it. They have a fantastic database within IT and have warm accounts ready to be worked on from day 1. They also offer flexible working, 2 or 3 days from home if needed. This is a BD focused position so you will need to demonstrate good Business development process, along with strong candidate management. There is constant internal training and support given regardless of level of consultant where needed.  

ideal candidate

You should have at least 1 years recruitment expeirence in an IT recruitment role and be able to demonstrate successes in previous positions. Ideally you will come from an IT background but they will look at consultants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in IT from any market. They have a diverse workforce and a fantastic environment in which to work in. Everybody is supportive of one and other, and often socialise as a team outside, and during working hours.
