DESCRIPTION

Systematic are working with a recruitment company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a recruitment manager to join the business and head up the Sales & Marketing team. They work exclusively with a healthy mix of Blue Chips, SMEs and small businesses and require a managing consultant to come in to a 360 function to grow the team. They have a fairly relaxed environment, whilst you are in the office 5 days a week they have flexible working hours, relaxed smart casual dress and frequent team days / nights out, with holiday targets and weekends away. They pay commission up to 35% and have additional bonus’ of up to 10% of everything you bill over your target. They are a family run business who have gone from strength to strength and are a market leader in their fields.

Ideal candidate

You should have at least 3-4 years recruitment experience with proof of billings, and be able to demonstrate sound processes. Ideally you will come from a Sales & Marketing but they will look at any experienced consultants from any market, who can demonstrate the desire to build a team.  

Benefits

They offer an attractive salary of up to £50K with a commission structure that will attract the best contract consultants in town. Their perm structure pays up to 35% and they will pay an additional 10% on all of your billings over your annual target. There is a company car target which is run quarterly and frequent holiday targets which are often met by everyone. Smart Casual dress with early finish on a Friday, and flexible office hours where needed.
