DesCRIPTION

Systematic are working with a recruitment company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a recruitment consultant within their Supply chain & Logistics team. They have a fantastic database within Manufacturing and are looking for someone to come in and build a Supply chain function off the back of this, build the desk and eventually grow a team. The business pride themselves on how far they have come since they were established just over 18 months ago, building excellent working relationships with some of the countries finest blue chip companies and SMEs. 

Ideal candidate

You should have at least 1-2 years recruitment experience with proof of billings, and be able to demonstrate sound processes. Ideally you will come from a supply chain or logistics background but they will look at any experienced consultants from any market, who can demonstrate the desire to build a desk.  The team is small, so you will need to able to fit in. They have a diverse workforce and a fantastic environment in which to work in. Everybody is supportive of one and other, and often socialise as a team outside, and often during working hours. 

Benefits

They offer an attractive salary of up to £40k with a commission structure that will attract the best contract consultants in town. Their perm structure pays up to 30% and they want you to help them design a similar structure to ensure you are earning good commission on every £ you earn. There are company cars available (think German) and 25 days holiday. They have quarterly holiday targets and company lunches once a month which everyone in the business goes on. Office hours are 8.30-6.00pm Mon-Thur with a 2.00pm finish on a Friday.
