DESCRIPTION

Systematic are working with a recruitment company based in  Dewsbury who are looking for a Technical consultant to work within an Engineering or Industrial function. They are after someone who can build a white collar division to complement their strong blue collar desks. They will look at perm or contract, and want someone who can bring clients with them, have a strong BD ethic, and a willingness to build a team.

Ideal candidate

You should have at least 1-2 years recruitment experience with proof of billings, and be able to demonstrate sound processes. Ideally you will come from an engineering/industrial background but they will look at any experienced consultants from any market, who can demonstrate the desire to build a team.  

Benefits

They offer an attractive salary of up to £35K with a commission structure of up to 20%. Smart Casual dress with early finish on a Friday, and flexible office hours where needed.
